The virus is spread human to human through close contact with bodily fluids (urine, saliva etc...), its airborne transmission exists only in very close settings. Pigs are also capable of being infected, and fruits contaminated by fruit bats.

Lets hope this virus never develops into a highly contagius air borne killing machine. Sounds like now is the time to develop a vaccine, not when shit really hits the fan.

Consider a colon after mortality rate, or a double hyphen instead of one.

Remove extra space: pig ( vectors)

Keep capitalization consistent within parentheses. (Host/vectors)

I really like how you bolded important words. If you ignore the regular text, the bold still makes sense.

There’s nothing wrong with the lung image next to symptoms but it leaves me with the impression that the symptoms are primarily respiratory related. I’m not sure if another picture of a sick person would be better or not. But if Nipah is spread through respiration drops (I have no idea if it does) then the lungs are good.

Spent a few years of my childhood in Kerala in the early to mid 2000s before I moved away. I grew up watching movies like CID Moosa, Meesa Madhavan and more. I remember liking malayalam cinema a lot for their comedy more than anything. From a filmmaking perspective they were hardly of value and I would never compare them to any hollywood films. They had great comedy and a few good songs here and there but thats about it.


So seeing a thread like this praising a malayalam film and comparing it to a big hollywood release comes as a bit of a surprise for me. I wonder, is my view on malayalam cinema skewed and inaccurate? Did they make movies like this already back then and I just missed them? How has malayalam cinema developed in the past decade or longer? I'm really curious about this and would love to know more about the state of malayalam cinema in general.
